Medical conditions

If your child has a medical condition that the schools should be aware of please ensure that we have all the relevant information so we can help them while they are here. A Pupil Health Conditions Information form is available in the office.

If your child needs to keep any medication in school please complete a Medication Agreement form. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure that any medication we have for your child, such as an asthma inhaler or EpiPen, is in date.

If your child needs short-term medicine, such as antibiotics, that cannot be given outside school hours please bring it to the office, clearly marked with the child's name and dose, and fill in a Medication Agreement form.
